General provisions

  1. The administrator of the data is Michał Smyła with its registered office in al. Niepoległości 36, 43-100 Tychy, NIP: 6462963492, REGON:
    368934453. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, the glossary of the Terms and Conditions shall apply or as is described in the Privacy Policy (if it follows directly from the description).
  3. For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”,  “Administrator” – “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. Among other things, uses secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) for this purpose.
  5. Personal data provided in forms of the service are treated as confidential and not are visible to unauthorized persons.

Data controller

  1. The service provider is the data controller of its customers.
    This means that if you have an Account or fill out a consultation form on our website, we process your data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work, IP address.
  2. The service provider is also the administrator of newsletter subscribers and those who fill out forms (contact, consultation).
  3. Personal data is processed:

    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
    4. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the fulfillment of legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent expressed by you if you subscribed to the newsletter, to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent expressed by you if you sent a consultation or contact form.
  4. Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

  7. The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
  8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
  9. The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under the relevant legislation.
  10. We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimize the impact of any data security breach.
