The Regulations define the types and scope of services provided electronically by the smylahair.com Website, the rules for the provision of these services, the terms and conditions for the conclusion and termination of agreements for the provision of services electronically, as well as the procedure for complaints.<\/li>\n

    4. Each Customer, as soon as he or she starts to use the Electronic Services of the Website smylahair.com, is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Regulations.<\/li>\n
    5. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the following shall apply\n

      3. The Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964.

        1. CONTACT AND CONSULTATION FORM – forms available on the Website smylahair.com allowing the Service Recipient to contact the Service Provider directly.<\/li>\n
        2. REGULATIONS – these rules and regulations of the Site.<\/li>\n

        4. USER – a natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, which is granted legal capacity by law, using the Electronic Service.<\/li>\n
        5. ELECTRONIC SERVICE – a service provided electronically by the Service Provider to the Customer through the Site.<\/li>\n
        6. NEWSLETTER – Electronic Service that allows the Customer to subscribe to and receive free information from the Service Provider at the e-mail address provided by the Customer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            2. Newsletter usage,<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
            3. Provision of Electronic Services to Service Recipients is carried out under the terms and conditions specified in the Regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              4. terms and conditions for the provision and conclusion of contracts for the provision of electronic services<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              1. Provision of Electronic Services specified in Chapter III item.
                \n1 of the Regulations by the Service Provider is free of charge. <\/li>\n
              2. The period for which the contract is concluded:\n
                  \n
                1. The contract for the provision of Electronic Services consisting of enabling the sending of messages via the Contact and Consultation Form is concluded for a definite period of time and is terminated when the message is sent or the Service Recipient stops sending it.<\/li>\n
                2. The agreement for the provision of Electronic Services consisting of the use of the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period of time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                3. Technical requirements necessary for cooperation with the information and communication system used by the Service Provider:\n
                    \n
                  1. A computer with Internet access,<\/li>\n
                  2. email access,<\/li>\n
                  3. web browser,<\/li>\n
                  4. Enabling Cookies and Javascript in your web browser.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                  5. The recipient is obliged to use the Site in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, bearing in mind the respect for personal property and intellectual property rights of third parties.<\/li>\n
                  6. The recipient is obliged to enter data in accordance with the facts.<\/li>\n
                  7. The recipient is prohibited from providing unlawful content.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    5. conditions for termination of contracts for the provision of electronic services<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    1. Termination of the contract for the provision of Electronic Services:\n
                        \n
                      1. A contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and unlimited nature (e.g., use of the Newsletter) may be terminated.<\/li>\n
                      2. The Customer may terminate the contract with immediate effect and without assigning any reason by sending an appropriate statement via e-mail to: info@smylahair.com<\/li>\n
                      3. The Service Provider may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services of a continuous and perpetual nature in the event that the Customer violates the Terms and Conditions, in particular, when he provides content of an unlawful nature after an ineffective prior request to cease violations with the setting of an appropriate period of time.
                        \nThe Agreement in such a case expires after 7 days from the date of submission of a statement of intent to terminate the Agreement (notice period). <\/li>\n
                      4. Termination leads to the termination of the legal relationship with effect for the future.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
                      5. The Service Provider and the Customer may terminate the contract for the provision of Electronic Services at any time by mutual agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
                        <\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                        \n\t\t\t\t\t

                        6 Complaint procedure<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
                        \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

                        Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:<\/p>\n

                        1. Complaints related to the provision of Electronic Services through the Site may be submitted by the Customer via e-mail to: info@smylahair.com<\/li>\n
                        2. In the above e-mail message, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible about the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the irregularity and contact information.
                          \nThe information provided will greatly facilitate and expedite the processing of the complaint by the Service Provider. <\/li>\n
                        3. Processing of complaints by the Service Provider shall be carried out immediately, no later than within 14 days.<\/li>\n
                        4. The Service Provider’s response to the complaint shall be sent to the email address of the Service Recipient provided in the complaint, or by any other means provided by the Service Recipient.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All content posted on the website at smylahair.com enjoys copyright protection and is the property of smylahair.com The Customer shall be fully liable for any damage caused to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content of the smylahair.com website, without the consent of the Service Provider.<\/li>\n
                          2. Any use by anyone, without the express written consent of the Service Provider, of any of the elements comprising the content and contents of the smylahair.com website constitutes an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and will result in civil and criminal liability.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
